Opinions & Caveats

The opinions in this blog are just opinions, although occasionally they might be true. The writer makes no representations of any sort, one way or the other. The author makes no warranties regarding the information provided, and disclaims liability for damages resulting from reading it. As the reader, you agree and understand that any false information, misrepresentation, or concealment of fact is not sufficient grounds for termination of readership of this blog. You also understand that eyestrain, cross-eye, squint, strabismus, snow blindness and other conditions may result from reading this blog. You also agree and understand that any injury as a result of reading this blog is not compensable, and you hereby waive any and all other claims for damages or other relief on account of injury, including actions of law.

Required remedial reading classes may be required and will be at your expense. You also agree to maintain accurate time records of time spent reading this blog. I understand that failure to comply with any of the terms described above may result in discontinuation of readership rights. Such a termination shall be for the convenience of the author and shall not be the subject of appeal or litigation to any quasi-official body such as the WPA, DDT, FBI, PDQ, ICU, AAAAA, PU, OPEC, PETA, ABC, STINK, CDL, or anyplace else and shall release the author from any obligations hereunder to compensate you, your descendants, friends, relatives, acquaintances, hired help, buddies, neighbors and/or enemies. The reader has any and all rights as described in Section 3 above.

The above rights may be used in all media and formats whether now known or hereafter invented. The above rights include the right to make such changes in readership as are technically necessary to improve the quality of readers. Any rights not expressly granted by the writer to the reader are hereby reserved by the writer, who may wish to take the fifth out of the liquor cabinet in order to pour a shot.
